As part of the Watford Social Rent Programme, Watford Community Housing worked in conjunction with developers Jarvis Homes and HBE Services to re-develop a residential building, formerly known as Centrepoint in Watford, into 17 one, two and three-bedroomed flats.
The project included the installation of balconies and external staircases, all of which required aluminium decking that adhered to relevant safety and fire regulations. Adek Comfort Grip was chosen not only for its fire safety credentials, but also for its slip resistance and underfoot qualities, allowing tenants to walk onto their balcony in safety and comfort.
