AIR, at 35 Homer Road, is a prestigious commercial development in Solihull offering exceptional landmark workspace. As part of a comprehensive refurbishment, Avondale Interiors was contracted to deliver two roof top terrace retreats for visitors, offering far reaching views across the town.
Composite decking was chosen by the client as a stylish and durable flooring for the outdoor spaces and installers, Chi-Synergy, contacted Ecodek to supply the materials.
The anti-slip properties of our Heritage woodgrain-effect decking meant this range was ideal for these high footfall, public areas. In addition, with a 25 year warranty, the customer had peace of mind in it’s durability and longevity.
Ecodek also supplied adjustable decking pedestals. This made it much easier for the installers to achieve a level and stable deck on the rooftop.
Ecodek worked closely with Chi-Synergy throughout the project to provide advice and support to the installation team. Due the location of the project e.g a rooftop, and the need for the decking to be installed at various heights, this project required a lot of flexibility and expertise to ensure a great finish.
