Adek non-combustible decking is A2fl-s1 & A2-s1,d0 fire rated and fully compliant with the latest regulations for high rise buildings.

Designed in accordance with BS 8579:2020, Adek is suitable for high rise balconies, walkways and terraces. This non-combustible system is flexible enough to replace existing decking, or for new build projects.

Sleek and modern, Adek comes in a range of board widths, depths, lengths and finishes for a truly flexible, high-rise decking solution.

Aluminium decking power coating on surface

Low slip potential

Adek’s Qualicoat 1 powder coating is formulated to provide excellent contact between footwear or bare feet and the deck surface.

When tested in accordance with BS7976-2 Pendulum Slip Test, all Adek boards were classified as having low slip potential in both wet and dry conditions.

Concealed face fixings

Adek boards are face-fixed from above for rapid installation – there’s no need for cumbersome side clips. Once in place, a removeable channel cover hides the fixings for a seamless finish.

100% recycled aluminium

Adek aluminium decking is leading the way when it comes to sustainability. We’re proud to offer the first decking system available in the UK that is made from 100% recycled aluminium.

Using recycled aluminium requires approximately 5% of the energy needed for primary production. At the same time there is no loss of quality or performance in the recycled material.
