City Quay is a beautiful residential riverside development in the south of the city of Liverpool, on the site of the former Graving Dock No.4.
Changes to Building Regulations meant necessary apartment balconies needed their decking updating.
Adek Comfort Grip 295 with a 30mm board depth was selected to replace the flooring on three balconies on one property. One homeowner also requested a standing bench table to be included, to lean on when admiring the beautiful view!
With the modern sleek lines of the boards and foot-friendly surface, the material was well received by both the property owner and installer alike.
