Ark Design Build was tasked with creating a raised decking for a pool area and large open plan garden room. Our capped composite deck boards in Smokey Grey were chosen due to their water resistant qualities, enabling the homeowner to get in and out of the pool safely. The raised nature of the deck also allowed for water to drain naturally between the boards, helping to keep the surface moisture-free.
The same decking was used as the base and interior flooring for the garden room. Ark Design Build chose our groove track clip system for this project, which resulted in a clean finish and allowed the decking to flow seamlessly from the outside pool area to the indoor garden room.
