Composite decking on rooftop in London

Client, Blackstone; architect and contractor, Buckley Gray Yeoman & ISG; and installer, Raphael Ltd, were tasked with redeveloping 20 Old Bailey from a dated 1980s office block to a modern, contemporary workspace. The redevelopment included the installation of balconies on five of the stories and an expansive roof terrace – a total of 1,100sqm.

Our Signature AT reversible composite decking was chosen for the project due to its slip resistant and low maintenance qualities, as well as its sleek lines and contemporary Slate Grey colour which blended beautifully with the modern redesign.

What our customer says:

“It was extremely important for us to choose the right material for our balconies and roof terrace.

Not only did it need to work aesthetically with the surrounding building, but it had to be safe and comfortable underfoot.

Ecodek’s Signature AT ticked all these boxes and we’re very happy with the result.”
