A Beginner’s Guide to Fitting an ecodek Composite Deck – Part 4
Now you have your dream deck all you have to do is relax, right?
Well, for the majority of people it is, but for those who can’t quite part from their ecodek project, there are more options!
We have an extensive range of balustrade products available from ecodek, so whether it’s for a balcony, caravan veranda or a safety feature beside a pool, our matching balustrade ecodek products will be a great addition to your already laid deck.
And don’t forget to add the finishing touches; spotlighting and furniture will look great on your newly laid deck so head down to your local garden centre to snatch up the latest offers!
Although ecodek is inherently a low maintenance product, you must keep it clear of debris and litter, and maintain ventilation and drainage to maximise its slip resistance, aesthetics and lifespan. The cleaning frequency will depend on how often your deck is being used, but not to worry a simple jet wash with the nozzle at close proximity to the deck surface (25 – 50mm), and with a maximum working pressure of 110 bar (1595 psi), will be sufficient enough to keep your deck looking brand new year round! However, for those really stubborn marks, you can purchase Saicos, our very own deck cleaner. But remember; do not use an abrasive brush or scourer when applying the cleaner as you may permanently mark the deck.
So, now you’re finally ready to enjoy your alternative outdoor living space and we would love nothing more than to see the finished product, so please feel free to send your photos to: email@example.com for all the team here at ecodek to see.
